Product adoption
Propel recruits relevant people, organises real product tasks and supports them through the work. Run a test cycle to find where users struggle, or a practitioner programme to help an audience use your product successfully.
Discuss a product programme
Two pathsProduct testing or practitioner adoption.
Testing is usually a bounded research purchase. Adoption can support a recurring engagement.
Product testing
- Buyer’s question
- Where do users struggle?
- Programme
- Recruit users, organise tasks, collect findings.
- Evidence
- Completed tests, usable findings, product decisions.
- Existing proof
- Fertitude and Big Cabal Media.
Practitioner adoption
- Buyer’s question
- How do we help this audience use the product successfully?
- Programme
- Recruit practitioners, support a useful workflow, run follow-up clinics.
- Evidence
- Completed workflows, demonstrated capability, repeat use where measurable.
- Existing proof
- Relevant delivery experience. Adoption outcomes are established through pilots.
Product testing
Watch how people approach the workflows that matter. We recruit against your user profile, set clear tasks and collect feedback you can use to improve the product.
The work can cover onboarding, usability, feature clarity, documentation and the practical experience of using your product in different contexts.

Practitioner adoption
For adoption programmes, we define the action that represents value: completing a workflow, building with an API or using a feature for a real task. The programme then supports that action through clear onboarding, relevant challenges and follow-up.
Typically: recruit practitioners, support a useful workflow, then run follow-up clinics. If repeat use is part of the goal, we agree how it will be measured. A registration and an active user are different outcomes.

What your team does
You define the product questions, provide access and act on the findings. Propel handles recruitment, participant coordination and the agreed feedback process. Together, we decide what needs to happen in the next cycle.
